We’re happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $70.00 USD! For orders under $70.00 USD we have a shipping cost of $30.00 USD. Orders may ship in multiple packages. Duties and taxes are assessed by customs and are the responsibility of the customer. We ship from Uruguay. You may need to pay the Customs fees and your local VAT before receiving your order. We at De Rosa are not covering those, although your order may qualify for free shipping.
Prices on the website and free shipping do not include import duties or taxes. Your country’s Customs Office may impose additional charges on your order: import fees, declaration fees, import duties (tariffs), and/or taxes. Orders below a specific value may not be subject to duties in some countries. This is often known as the De Minimis value and is determined by your local customs office. For all online orders, all the fees required for customs clearance are the customer’s sole responsibility (that’s you). They will be charged upon arrival. Please consult your local Customs office for more detailed costs. We reserve the right to deduct the shipping costs from your refund if you choose not to pay the import fees, and your order will be returned to us.

When you add the products you want to buy to the cart and proceed to pay, it will give you the options that are available, Credit Cards and PayPal. If you want to handle it in another way please contact us.

Based on your shipping address, we determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. Carriers that may be used include FedEx and DHL. Pending credit card approval, in-stock merchandise will arrive in 3-10 business days. In rare occasions, a shipment may experience a delay in delivery and not reach you in the time expected. If your expected delivery date has passed, please check your order status online or email customer service at [email protected].

Yes, it’s safe, we use recognized payment gateways so you have all the possible security in your purchase.

Processing is the normal status of an order before it ships. This means that your order has been placed and your payment successfully authorized. Your order may stay at this stage for some time especially if one or more of your items had to be made for you. Once we capture the payment from either PayPal or 2Checkout your order status should change to Complete/Shipped.

Of course, you will receive an electronic invoice to the email with which you have registered.
